The Conservation Project Application Process

The following flow-chart describes the most common route through the application process.

Find out more about us! Request an information pack, browse our website or give us a ring. Decide which projects you think you would be most interested in contributing to.

Fill out the application form, either on-line or by requesting a postal application form.

We will then contact you to discuss options for your placement and to go through details including availability, costs and dates. It also gives us the chance to get to know you a bit!

A placement is held for you provisionally for 7 days and a booking form is sent to you, along with an insurance application form.

Your placement is secured once we receive your booking form and deposit.

You will then receive your booking confirmation along with a kit list and, where required, our ACE Guide to Fun(d)raising and a bank paying in book!

You then get going with fundraising and prepare for your trip to Southern Africa.

A few weeks before departure you will receive your flight tickets, a reserve profile, your own student profile, travel plan and your insurance policy (if you have arranged it with us).

Depart on the trip of a Lifetime!
